We recommend that you do not change the password from the one we provided you during your set up but if you or someone in your organization does change the password – please follow the steps below.
- Go to https://www.wbmarketplace.com/marketplaces/wbec and click login on the top right of your screen.
- Please follow the steps to “Forget My Password” to reset, if needed. (see image below)
- An email will be sent. Please remember to check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. You can also search with Subject Line: Reset Password Instructions (see example below)
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
